“We’d always talked about doing something like this,” Chloe said. “When the perfect space popped up, Mum and I went full steam ahead!”
Since opening in 2022, It Feels Like Home has become the go-to spot in Loxton for beautiful homewares and gifts, all handpicked to help create spaces you’ll love. From cosy throw rugs and cushions to stylish furniture pieces like side tables and bedheads, it’s packed with treasures. Chloe grew up with design in her blood, flipping houses with her parents and redesigning her bedroom every chance she got. Now, while juggling her interior design studies, she’s channelling that lifelong passion into the store and growing a consulting business. After all, home is where the heart is, and she’s on a mission to help others create spaces that feel just right.
Alongside the shopping, It Feels Like Home is building a community through its monthly information evenings. These sessions are a hit with locals, covering everything from transforming your bedroom into the perfect sanctuary, to the most recent event, a Christmas styling workshop with tips and tricks for hosting the ultimate Christmas celebration.
