Head Chef, Luke Smith, serves a luxury showcase of the Clare Valley’s finest food and wine

This isn’t your average weekend lunch. Indulge yourself, or spoil Mum for Mother’s Day and savour this five-course banquet, meticulously crafted by Head Chef Luke Smith.

Trained in the Whitsundays, and with extensive experience in hospitality and creating high quality dishes in the luxury lodge sector, Smith adapts and blends new and traditional techniques, and combines his background in design to add an artistic element to his dishes, with an emphasis on plating and composition.

The talented Chef’s approach to food blends perfectly with the Reillys outlook on winemaking, and the Tasting Australia five-course long-lunch will be an impressive showcase of the two.

The region’s finest produce will be expertly paired with a selection of Reillys handcrafted, estate-grown wines. Prepare to treat your taste buds with a selection of trophy and gold medal winners, including the popular Cuvèe Watervale Riesling, with its refreshing palate of lemon and lime, paired perfectly with entrèe. Moving through the culinary journey, the wine list will also include the 2018 Dry Land Cabernet Sauvignon, winner of Best Dry Red at the 2022 Clare Valley Wine show, the 2016 Stolen Block Shiraz and the 2013 Dry Land Fortified Shiraz.
