Comedy, Wine and Music – a triple treat at Auburn’s Taylors Wines
Clare Valley’s Taylors Wines is brewing a barrel of laughs, as they get set to host ‘Grapes of Mirth’ on December 2 – the ultimate blend of comedy, wine, and music, at the award-winning Clare Valley winery’s stunning new cellar door.
The six-hour extravaganza will be filled to the brim with laughter, gourmet food and World acclaimed wine. The stellar line-up of Aussie comedians include TV and radio presenter, Mel Buttle and one of Australia’s best comics, Heath Franklin’s ‘Chopper’.
The laughs will continue with award-winning writer, Lloyd Langford, Gillian Cosgriff, Brett Blake, and event host, qualified wine expert, actor and comedian, Merrick Watts. DJ Pedro Moshman will also be bringing the party vibes, before, between and after the laughter.
Taking place on the lush lawns of the recently renovated winery, pack your picnic rug or chair and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. But leave the kids home (with supervision of course), the event is for over 18’s only, because, well, there are comedians involved!
For city folk travelling from Adelaide, there will be a return bus service available, departing from North Terrace, and for the locals, transport will be accessible from various Clare Valley towns.
