Bundaleer Forest hosts soul-nourishing Sound Bath

Fringe In The Forest returns to Bundaleer with a Sound Bath experience

Experience a regional Fringe event like no other, as the Mid North’s soothing Bundaleer Forest offers a day of blissful tranquility at its Fringe in the Forest Sound Bath retreat.

Held at the stunning Maple and Pine event centre in the heart of the Bundaleer Forest, the Sound Bath day retreat includes a soul-nourishing Vinyasana-Hatha yoga session, guided by instructor, Georgia Francis, tailored for beginners to find harmony and balance within. Mindfulness practitioner, Jen Harvey, will then lead you through a guided meditation and sound healing session, fostering inner stillness and peace.

But the magic doesn’t end there. Join powerhouse practitioners Jessie Hammat, a dietitian guiding you towards a healthier relationship with food, and Woodleigh Hills’ Justine Reynolds, sharing self-care and healing techniques for pain management.

Enjoy a nutritious lunch, with the enchanting forest backdrop and take time to explore the natural wonders of Bundaleer. Those looking to extend their retreat experience can immerse themselves in the feels of the forest with onsite camping available.

This holistic journey, brought to Bundaleer by Jamestown locals Mardi Catford and Justine Reynolds, is aimed at restoring harmony and vitality to your mind, body, and spirit, setting the tone for a vibrant and fulfilling year ahead.

Fringe in the Forest has three different events on offer over the festival period, which wouldn’t be possible without the work of volunteers, Jamestown and Bundaleer businesses and the Adelaide Fringe Fund.
