This weekend, Knappstein Winery in the Clare Valley is thrilled to host the legendary David Bridie for an unforgettable evening of music. A seven-time ARIA award winner, Bridie boasts a distinguished career as a songwriter, composer, and producer, renowned for his innovation and genre-bending talents.

From the early success on the world stage with alternative rock bands Not Drowning, Waving and My Friend the Chocolate Cake, Bridie has consistently pushed musical boundaries. His solo work and soundtrack compositions have earned him further acclaim. As a producer, Bridie has worked with artists Christine Anu, and Archie Roach on his acclaimed “Jamu Dreaming” record, as well as projects with Frank Yamma, George Telek, Emily Wurramara and many others.

As a screen composer, David has scored numerous international and Australian films, television series and documentaries earning multiple AFI/AACTA and Screen Music awards.

Described by Rolling Stone as possessing “sonic intensity” and InDaily for his “lyrical proficiency bordering on genius,” a night with Bridie guarantees a captivating performance.
