Dinna be a daftie and head to Tanunda for a flaming good time
The Barossa and District Pipe Band is gearing up for another year of fiery fun at their annual Winter Flame event on Saturday June 22.
These passionate pipers bring the stirring sounds of the Scottish Bagpipes to life as they march down Tanunda’s main street.
Joining the pipers will be Highland Dancers with their kilts swirling as they perform dazzling routines. And for a bit of extra muscle, Tartan Muscle lads and lasses will show off their impressive strength.
The parade kicks off at Jane Place and travels down Murray Street, culminating in a grand finale at the Basedow Road intersection. Here, all the performers come together for a proper knees-up performance.
A free event, you’ll be able to enjoy music and dancing, while the torchbearers light up the night to celebrate the changing of seasons with some Scottish cheer.
