A celebration of couverture chocolate in the Barossa Valley

Summer holidays are for beaches and ice-cream, but there’s no better place than a toasty warm igloo and melting hot chocolate when it comes time for Winter holidays.
During the entire month of July, Barossa Valley Chocolate Company hosts its annual Winter Choc Fest in celebration of luxurious couverture warm, hot, melted and gooey chocolate.
There’s loads of toasty and tasty experiences in store, including Winter Dome Dining with lake and vineyard views, a decedent Winter Dessert Menu at Benni’s Cafe & Gelati Bar, Winter Cellar Door Experiences and Melted Chocolate Workshops.

There’s also a Rocky Road workshop perfect for the whole family. You’ll be treated to a tasting platter of  five different types of chocolate, including the unique Ruby chocolate, before getting your hands dirty and indulging your senses while designing and customising your own slab of delicious Rocky Road with premium ingredients and your choice of chocolate.
