Mary-Jane Hendry takes centre stage at Maple and Pine

The Bundaleer Forest will definitely have “something to talk about” during this year’s Fringe Festival.

Saturday February 22, Maple and Pine, on the outskirts of Jamestown, will come alive with smooth jazz and an unforgettable night of cabaret as the formidable Mary-Jane Hendry backed by The Dry Martinis takes centre stage.

A hometown return for Mary-Jane (MJ), this special event is a celebration of music, storytelling, and the magic of live entertainment in one of South Australia’s most unique venues. With an incredible voice that never fails to captivate, MJ will belt out timeless favourites, including hits by George Harrison, Adele and Billy Joel, while The Dry Martinis set the mood with their signature blend of jazzy charm and classic fun.

There’ll be cosy couches to lounge on as you soak up the tunes. Or mingle around wine barrels and enjoy Maple and Pine’s warm, intimate atmosphere. Plus, a licensed bar will be on hand serving South Australia’s favourite beer, wine, and cocktails to keep the night flowing. Grazing boxes crafted by the Malone Family Catering Crew are available for pre-purchase, making it the perfect excuse to settle in and enjoy.

The team at Maple and Pine is passionate about bringing top-tier arts and live music to their neck of the woods, and this event is no exception. Tickets are just $31 and can be snapped up via the Adelaide Fringe website or at Shellie’s Shoes – Jamestown’s own little box office.
