Cheers to a new chapter in gin greatness with Twenty Third Street Distillery’s latest masterpiece

Twenty Third Street Distillery’s new Raspberry and Finger Lime Gin has hit the shelves!

Carefully crafted and distilled in Renmark, this gin underwent a rigorous taste test for three whole weeks to perfect its zesty and sweet harmony. Seriously, how do I sign up for that job?

The talented crew has once again crafted a gin that’s destined to be the highlight of any occasion. This new blend is a party for your taste buds with finger limes, containing nature’s little morsels of popping candy, adding a punch of sour to the sweet raspberries, resulting in the perfect balance of zesty and sweet.

Twenty Third Street Distillery’s new gin joins an impressive lineup of flavours. From their classic Signature Gin to the tangy Tropical blend, and the sweet flavours of the Mulberry Gin, they’ve crafted a drop to suit every palate.

And as a bonus, the good folk at Twenty Third Street Distillery have shared some recipes to up your cocktail game, so grab yourself a bottle and have a crack at these bad boys – cheers!

Raspberry and Finger Lime Gin Smash
Ingredients:

  • 60ml Raspberry & Finger Lime Gin
  • 5 Fresh raspberries
  • 20ml Fresh lime juice
  • 15ml Cawsey’s syrup
  • Soda, to top
  • Lime wedge & mint sprig, to garnish

Method:

  1. Muddle fresh raspberries in a glass.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, except soda, and stir.
  3. Top with ice and soda water, then gently stir.
  4. Garnish with lime wedge and mint sprig.

Raspberry and Finger Lime Gin Sour
Ingredients:

  • 60ml 23rd Street Raspberry & Finger Lime Gin
  • 15ml Triple Sec
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • 30ml Fresh lime juice
  • 4-5 drops of Wonderfoam
  • Fresh raspberries, to garnish

Method:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients and shake for 10-15 seconds.
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with fresh raspberries on a cocktail skewer.
