Award-winning experiences are right on our doorstep

South Australia rolled out the red carpet for the nation’s best tourism operators on Friday night, hosting the Australian Tourism Awards at the Adelaide Convention Centre. And while the whole country got a taste of our world-class tourism scene, they also got a masterclass – because SA absolutely cleaned up!

Racking up two gold medals, South Aussie tourism operators proved once again that unforgettable experiences are right on our doorstep.

Seppeltsfield Barossa took out the nation’s top spot in the Wineries, Distilleries, and Breweries category, proving that 174 years in business only makes the wine and the experience even better.

Old Coach Road Estate earned the gold for Best Self-Contained Accommodation. This place is hidden gem in the Fleurieu Peninsula – a luxurious villa on a 200 acre property with views overlooking Victor Harbor and Granite Island.
