From a humble shed in Adelaide’s western suburbs to the stage of the Australian Bar Awards in Sydney, Never Never Distilling Co. has come a long way. The South Aussie trio, known for shaking up the gin world with their bold, flavour-first approach, has just snagged the title of Best Distillery Bar.
Competing against 12 top venues across the country, Never Never’s distillery bar wowed the judges and claimed its spot at the top, making it clear that it’s not just about making world-class gin anymore, it’s about creating an equally unforgettable bar experience.

From its beginnings in a 16-square-metre shed in Royal Park to its now-iconic hilltop distillery in McLaren Vale, the team—Tim Boast, Sean Baxter, and George Georgiadis—have never shied away from pushing boundaries. Their gin, celebrated for its innovative flavours, has won a swag of awards, including World’s Best London Dry Gin for their Triple Juniper Export Strength Gin at the 2022 World Gin Awards and Master Distiller of the Year for Tim Boast at the World Gin Awards in 2022. These awards are just a taste of the recognition that Never Never has gathered, with trophies and medals pouring in from prestigious competitions worldwide.
Since opening their distillery bar in 2020, Never Never has poured over 125,000 tasting flights, becoming a must-visit destination for gin lovers and anyone seeking a top-tier experience.
