If you like the sound of Pork crackle tarts and cowboy beans, smoked sausage and sourdough, or you like to go the whole hog, cooked over coals – this is an event for you.
Join the crew from Lyndoch’s Ministry of Beer on August 10, for a mouthwatering dinner prepared by the legends at Big Bad Wolf Catering. There’ll be no shortage of choices to wash dinner down – the family run brewery located in the town’s old bank building, offers 16 Barossa brewed tap beers, from Pilsner to Pale Ale, Milk Stout, Raspberry Sour, IPA…the list goes on and on.
If you want to go the whole hog but craft beer’s not your thing, you can be the odd one out with a choice of local wine, gin or cider.
The unique venue knows all too well how to mix beer and beast to create a winter warming feast of flavours.
Included in the $60 ticket price, guests can devour all three courses, including a chocolate stout truffle, and choose from a complimentary coldie of their choice from the long list of tap beers.
