There’s a new sensation in makeup artistry, and it’s coming to a country town near you…paired with bubbles and one incredibly cool story.
Highlighting the beauty of country women, Sensation Makeup Artistry is the passion project of someone who knows a little bit about putting on a face!
Alastair Mosey is a Farmer by day, working on the family cropping and grazing property near Eudunda. When he’ s not playing in the dirt, he’s a Makeup Artist with 16 years experience teaching the art of using real faces as the canvas. His palette of choice is his very own Sensation Makeup Artistry range, created especially to be long-lasting and help improve the self-confidence of Aussie women.
Alastair has combined his passion for cosmetics with his love for rural Australia, and armed with his beauty range and some bottles of bubbles, takes the “She’ll Be Right” cosmetics range, and the “Bush Babes” range of colour and neutral eyeshadow pallets, on the road.
“I love to show women (or men, or any gender for that matter), how to look and feel their best for any occasion. Whether they’re doing the stock run or frocking up for the local fundraising ball,” the flamboyant Farmer said.
And if the aptly named colours in the unique Aussie range are anything to go by, expect the Beauty and Bubbles events to be complimented by a bit of banter and some belly laughs. The Bush Babes colour palette includes stunning shades, with tongue-in-cheek names like Cruiser Soot, Crop Dust and Kelpie or a bolder palette of High Vis, Coolant and Copper Mine.
Speaking of fun, every Beauty and Bubbles event also acts as a “fundraiser” with a donation going to the host’s charity of choice.
“It’s fun, guests get to check out the hard-wearing, hydrating range of Sensation Makeup and I love nothing more than teaching people how to use the makeup effectively, saving time and money with just a few core products.”
So gather your “bush babes” and put the bubbles on ice, for a session of fun and transformation.
