Enhance health and wellbeing at Soul Sustenance
Pause the silly season and nourish the soul on the Copper Coast, with a day of focusing on no one else but you.
Soul Sustenance is about discovering new tools to implement into your day-to-day life, through a series of workshops hosted by skilled therapists and alternative health practitioners, designed to enhance health and wellbeing.
Kim Lewis, who specialises in yoga, pilates and fitness has teamed up with remedial therapist and energy intuitive, Mary Staunton, to showcase some of the region’s passionate heath and wellness services, in one soothing space at Breathe to Believe in Kadina.
The day will begin with a Cacao Ceremony to encourage mindfulness and presence, followed by a guided meditation, before breaking in to small groups to commence individual workshops.
In these sessions you will learn the benefits of Reformer Pilates, try your hand at making natural skin products and sage sticks, be introduced to Tarot and Oracle Cards, learn the art of creating intention using herbs and crystals and enjoy a guided journey of music meditation.
Both Kim and Mary are passionate about inspiring others to live their best lives, and Soul Sustenance aims to encourage the region’s alternative health practitioners to own their skillset and step forward into the passion of helping others.
A lunch will be provided in between workshops, and the day will wind down with an invigorating drum circle, and an opportunity for facilitators and participants to interact and give feedback on the days experiences.
