Learn How to Make Your Own Kokedama at the Last Wakefield Community Garden Open Day for 2025
The Wakefield Community Garden is wrapping up the year with one final Open Day, and they’re adding a kokedama workshop to finish things on a high. If you’ve ever wanted to have a crack at making one of those neat moss ball plants, this is the perfect opportunity to give it a go.
You’ll be shown how to shape, wrap and tie your own kokedama by a local green thumbed guru, plus all materials are supplied for just five-dollars! It’s the perfect Christmas gift for your gardening friend or better yet, keep it as a gift to yourself!
There will also be the regular plant and produce sale or swap, so you can browse the tables, trade a few extras and see what locals have been growing.
